SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We process and ship orders daily. All orders will typically be shipped out the next day at 10:00am. Once your order is shipped, please allow up to a day for the tracking number to update with Canada Post. If there are any delays with your shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. Transit time does not begin until your package leaves the warehouse and operates only during business days. NIXLASH reserves up to 48 hours for processing from the date an order is placed until it is shipped out.
NIXLASH is not responsible for parcels that have been updated to “delivered” status by any carrier and claimed as “undelivered, “stolen”, or “not found” by the customer. Please contact the carrier company for a resolution.
Paying via cash by pick up? You will be notified by e-mail/phone regarding when and where you can pick up your order. Please allow up to 1 business day for a staff member to get in touch.
Due to the nature of our products, all of our items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect or problem with your item, please contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipping date with your e-mail, name, and order number and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Missing/Incorrect items will be replaced with incurring any costs to you if the error was on our behalf. We reserve the right to ask for pictures to verify the issue. We are not responsible for any mistakes during the ordering process.
We cannot provide a resolution for any inquiries raised 30 days after placing the order.
