Can I refund my order?

What happens if my product is defective?
If any of the contents in your order is defective, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order so that we can provide you with a resolution.
How do I purchase products from your website?
Browse through our website using the “Shop” page, select your desired items and add them to cart. For products with variations, please ensure that you are adding the correct type and lengths as we are not responsible for mistakes. Click the cart icon in the top right hand corner and checkout when you are ready for purchase. Pay via Paypal and debit/credit card by logging in to your Paypal account or filling in your billing information.
How do I cancel my order?
If you intend to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
